Baby Brielle - 2 weeks old

On August 5, 2011 baby Brielle came into the world at a whopping 5 lbs 8 ounces.  It is hard to convey just how teeny tiny and doll like this little one truly is!  Brielle just happens to be the daughter of a friend of mine.  When asked to snap some shots of this little bundle of joy for a birth announcement, of course I put aside the fact that I am 9 months pregnant and said YES!  We originally planned to do an in-depth session in the buff, but little Brielle was not too keen on our master plan, so we worked around her tears.  As long as mommy had at least one nice image of Brielle for her announcement, she was happy.  Below are my favorites from my time spent with Brielle.

Courtney and Dave Maternity (Sneak Peek)

Recently I did a maternity session with Courtney and Dave who are expecting their first child, a little girl, this August.  Courtney had asked for my opinion as to where the session should be held.  We utilized her apartment during the beginning of the session, and ventured outside for the second half.  There are a series of buildings located not too far from where Courtney lives, so I suggest we head over there.  We ended the session at a local park.  The weather was very hot, but Courtney did a great job handling it.  I have to admit that at 32 weeks pregnant, I handled it pretty well myself ;)
